• Contains viruses, corrupted files or any other electronic code, program or files designed to destroy or constrain the operation of any software or telecommunication equipment belonging to third parties, or to prevent other users from using this page
• Can delete information from any file uploaded to the page that is related to the creator's identity, legal announcements or ownership
• Provides misleading information regarding the origin of software or any other material that is contained in files uploaded to the page
• Constitutes advertising content.
• Offends public decency and morality, or the integrity and dignity of any public, administrative or church authority or any third party. Interamerican will also remove any abusive, inflammatory or racist content or any content that goes against legislative provisions or is inappropriate in any manner.

• Περιέχει δυσφημιστικά, συκοφαντικά, απειλητικά ή ρατσιστικά σχόλια ή παραβιάζει με οποιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο δικαιώματα τρίτων, όπως, ενδεικτικά, δικαιώματα στην προσωπικότητα, δικαιώματα δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, ατομικά και κοινωνικά δικαιώματα ή παρενοχλεί με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο την ιδιωτική ζωή τρίτων.
• Αποτελεί δημοσίευση ή με άλλο τρόπο μετάδοση δυσφημιστικού, προσβλητικού, άσεμνου, ακατάλληλου, ψευδούς, παραπλανητικού ή παράνομου υλικού ή πληροφοριών.
• Περιέχει λογισμικό ή οποιοδήποτε υλικό που αφορά δικαιώματα που προστατεύονται από τη σχετική εθνική ή διεθνή νομοθεσία, όπως ενδεικτικά, δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, δικαιώματα στην προσωπικότητα και δικαιώματα δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα. Εξαιρούνται ρητά οι περιπτώσεις εκείνες που ο χρήστης είναι δικαιούχος των δικαιωμάτων αυτών ή έχει πάρει όλες τις απαραίτητες συναινέσεις ή/και άδειες εκμετάλλευσης.
• Περιέχει ιούς, αλλοιωμένα αρχεία ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο ηλεκτρονικό κώδικα, προγράμματα ή αρχεία σχεδιασμένα να καταστρέψουν ή να περιορίσουν τη λειτουργία οποιουδήποτε λογισμικού ή τηλεπικοινωνιακού εξοπλισμού τρίτων ή να εμποδίσουν άλλους χρήστες να χρησιμοποιούν την σελίδα.
• Μπορεί να διαγράψει από οποιοδήποτε αρχείο που αναρτάται (upload) στην σελίδα ενδείξεις σχετικές με την ταυτότητα του δημιουργού, ανακοινώσεις νομικού περιεχομένου ή ιδιοκτησίας.
• Παραπλανεί για την προέλευση λογισμικού ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου υλικού που περιέχεται σε αρχείο που αναρτάται (upload) στην σελίδα
• Αποτελεί υλικό διαφημιστικού περιεχομένου.
• Προσβάλλει τη δημόσια αιδώ και τα χρηστά ήθη, την τιμή και αξιοπρέπεια έναντι Δημόσιας, Διοικητικής ή Εκκλησιαστικής Αρχής ή οποιουδήποτε τρίτου. Επίσης, αφαιρεί περιεχόμενο υβριστικό, εμπρηστικό, ρατσιστικό, ή που αντιτίθεται στις σχετικές διατάξεις της νομοθεσίας ή είναι με οποιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο απρεπές.
