INTERAMERICAN, focusing all of its productive force on the areas of distribution and management, organizes the person-oriented great festive event, to be held on December 29. Associates of the Company’s exclusive sales network, of the network of associated agents and brokers and of banks and direct sales will meet with management executives and the personnel in a meeting where reference will be made about 2011’s decisions and actions, awards will be presented to top associates, and commitments shall be made for the demanding new year, under the central message-idea “All Together, Protagonists”.

INTERAMERICAN closes the year with very good results, which reflect the exceptionally effective management on the part of the administration and sales department of this year that was a tough period indeed. Based on the eleven-month figures, the gross written premiums in the Property & Casualty sector amount to 211.5 million Euros, exceeding the target by 6%, whereas the sector's combined ratio dropped to 96.8%. The new production of life-health and group insurance during the period January-November yielded 44.9 million, surpassing the target by 46%.

The resulting momentum of the Company’s distribution networks forms the basis for its 2012 course, which will continue to defy the adverse climate of the economic crisis and declining trend of the market. As far as the new year is concerned, INTERAMERICAN focuses its interest on commercial performance, the constant improvement of the billing system and portfolio management, the compensations’ management of the Property & Casualty insurance sector, for which the Company will put through the application of pioneering practices in the field of health, the “back to front” operation systems and the IT strategy.

During the event, which will take place at “Kentro Athinon”, the Company will resent awards to distinguished associates of all networks, and will also award the associates’ with social responsibility prizes which were inaugurated last year.
